Stayed here for two days to attend an event at Schloss Bensberg. Room (#31, Albrecht Durer) in the Artists House was comfortable and well fitted. Easy walk up to the Schloss and down to the center street. Very nice breakfast and great service.

Quaint family-run hotel with different room categories/designs in a complex of renovated historic half-timbered houses and a modern annex. Caring, friendly staff offers a heartfelt welcome on arrival -- and gummibear treat bag at departure. Excellent breakfast buffet and free outdoor parking.

Awesome and wonderful rooms. Free minibar, tea and ice cream. Really was surprised from such a modern and great hotel, in an traditional setting.
